* We provide 1 towel, 1 set of bed sheets and 1 pillow per guest, we do not change them during the stay.

HOUSE RULES
- When leaving, turn off the air conditioning and lights.

- Crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils must be delivered washed before check out.

- If you break glasses, ornaments, furniture, etc.. replace them !!! or let us know so we can get it right.

- Keep the space clean and organized, just as you received it.

- Garbage must be removed from the apartment at Check Out (the large garbage can is at the exit of the stairs).

- Check Out at 10:00 am.

- No smoking inside the apartment (external areas allowed).

- Observe the rules of the condominium, mainly not having loud music after 10:00 pm.

- For the purposes of your safety and that of the condominium, other people are not allowed to enter the apartment, in addition to the guests registered in the reservation.
