REGRAS DA CASA- HOME RULES

- Ao sair desligue o ar condicionado e luzes. (When leaving turn off the air conditioning and lights.)

- Louças, talheres e utensílios da cozinha devem ser entregues lavados antes do check out. (Crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils must be delivered washed before check out).

- Se quebrar copos, enfeites, moveis, etc.. reponha !!! ou nos comunique para acertarmos. (Breaking of glasses, decorations, damage to furniture etc. - They must be replaced or indemnified (communicate for set the value).

- Mantenha o espaço limpo e organizado, tal como recebeu. (Keep the space clean and organized, just as you received it).

- O Lixo deve ser retirado do apartamento no Check Out (fica na saída da escada o lixeiro grande). (The Trash must be removed from the apartment at the Check Out (there is a large trash near elevator). - Check Out as 10:00 horas. (Check out at 10:00 am).

- Proibido fumar dentro do apartamento(áreas externas liberado). No smoking inside the apartment (outside areas released).

- Observar as regras do condomínio principalmente de não ter som alto após as 22:00 horas. (Observe the rules of the condominium ,mainly not having loud sound after 22:00 hours)

- Para fins de sua segurança e a do condomínio, não é permitido a entrada de outras pessoas no apartamento, além dos hóspedes cadastrados na reserva. (For the purpose of your security and the condominium, other people are not allowed in the apartment, in addition to the guests registered in the reservation)

- Aceitamos apenas 1 PET de pequeno porte até 10KG, caução de 250 reais obrigatório.
